Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 13-7-203, notice is hereby given of a public hearingto be held by the City Council of Union City on Tuesday, the 17th day of February 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall.
The hearing is to receive public input on a proposed ordinance to update the currently adopted International Energy Conservation Code to the 2018 version with the modifications required by the findings of an audit conducted by the State Fire Marshall’s Office of the State of Tennessee.
Full copies of the proposed amendment may be viewed at City Hall during normal business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend and comment.
