The City of Union City Stormwater Program works to eliminate pollution from stormwater runoff within
the City by implementing a variety of projects developed by the City in response to the State of Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) requirements. The City is required by its TDEC Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) Permit Number TNS000000, Coverage Number TNS075558 (Permit) to provide an opportunity for the public to review and comment on the City’s Stormwater Management Program.
